the zoning that allowed the rural businesses to begin
with.� The County needs to make sure that all
development is tied to
transportation;
rural economies rely on reasonable transportation but
does
not demand the development of superhighway and over passes in

big box stores and
encouraging
local produce and products to be sold in convenient
locations
such as farmers markets.

teacher I am distressed to see how little recycling is done

schools and the government should be leading the way

Commission
to encourage the school board to make the next Leesburg
school� a green school.� We have compiled statistics and taken them

school board.� We have gotten a positive
response so far.� We
made
the point that green buildings help the environment and save
money
in the long run.
